Nah, no polishing. They are just doing a fresh powdercoat. I'm sick or dealing with volk wheels polished lips. Therefore I'm just powdercoating them straight up.

Can't start now. Like I said in the fs. Thread you have, if I started picking arc parts together, I would have to get everything. Then 10 grand later I would have all the parts hahaha. I can't start down that road. Not to mention a radiator just sold for like 2k and the made like 3

K I figured out and found pics of what is going down with my wheels.

Gold lug nuts as well. Possibly gold center caps, but I may veer to polished ones.

Well I was up all night working on the car. The exterior and Engine are 95% done. All that is left exterior wise to be put back on are some Earls clamps relocate oil catch can and new hoses for that. I worked all night till I basically started seeing things........ Here is how it started.

Uploaded with ImageShack.com

Engine bay basically finished Intercooler on and Fenders aligned. etc...

Hahaha yea I won't touch it for a bit thou. I have an earlier model center console coming in. The one without the leather upper bin. It looks better i think, and I'm waiting on a newer model dash. I gotta find one will be hard to do. I also will be buying new speakers. Probably 6.5 components up front, 6.5 coaxiale in rear and on the rear deck, 6x9 components. I need more things to actually play music over bass. Then re upholster everything... Then enjoy if for a while in about a year or so I will be redoing my trunk getting the air or cup kit and widening out the body of the car, and maybe adding some more power. Then paint around the power time.

Lots of little secrets. Im modding the front dash to the 05 model one though. I NEED A CENTER CONSOLE TO DO THIS THOUGH I AM LOOKING FOR ONE I HAVE A CLOCK. NEED THE DASH.

Did you personally remove/install the timing chain cover or did a shop do that?

Looking for someone who has experience with it. I want to powder coat mine as well and I'm debating if I want to try and take it off myself. Looks like a PITA from the FSM though.

I'll be honest, if you have to take off the supports, radiator all that jazz to get to it, go to a shop it's a pain to do.

^I agree. The thing is my engine/tranny is currently sitting next to my car on blocks, so everything is easily accessible. Decisions...
