Ok so what what exactly are the resistance specs for the cam sensors? The manual just says if it's 0 or an infinity symbol then it's bad...I have Hitachi ones that have like 1.2 ohms and these aftermarket ones that are like 5.5 or something like that, the hitachis are on the car currently but I have a p1078 code that won't go away so I feel like they're bad but all 4 of them have the same resistance

 

Check the harness for tears, heck, even the connectors too.
