DG Coupe with new Axis Hiros

Just got new wheels and tires this past weekend. Hyper silver Axis Hiros with Bridgestone Potenza SO3 Pole Positions. Got them from WheelStudio in Sante Fe Springs who gave me awesome customer service! I would recommend them to anyone looking for wheels/tires. Will be installing RSR Ti springs with Tokico D-Specs soon to get rid of the hideous fender well gap.

Front: 19x8.5 - 245/35-19
Rear: 19x10.5 - 275/35-19

LOL. sorry man Im watching the simpsons right now and that sounds like something Ralph would say. On that note its the angle he took the shot at that makes it look that way.

That looks tight, by the way any rubbing problem or anything.

No rubbing at all. I'm still running OEM suspension but I'm finishing up spring and shock install today which should lower the car about an inch all around. I still expect there should be no rubbing as I've got plenty of room.

Wingnut, any new pics with the new suspension? I'm considering these rims, what's your take on the setup after the suspension change?

Here's a post I did after the install and there's a link in there to some pics. I'll post some more pics in the near future.

So far, I love the new suspension setup!

Great pics; Car looks great. I guess I missed the original post.

One more question.....I'm curious as to why you opted to get 8.5 for the fronts. I originally was thinking about the 9.5 for the fronts.

Thanks! I was torn between the two sizes actually. In the end it came down to what I liked the look of the most. Having that exaggerated staggered look looked cool to me that's all. I guess I could pick some cool technical reason like it's a little lighter giving me less unsprung weight but that didn't really factor into my decision.
