I'm probably going with the Pentas on my DG coupe. Is that your BS coupe showcasing the wheels?

Definitely look like a copy of Volk GT-V's..but then again many popular rims get copied one way or another anyways, so no big deal. Regardless, they still look good.

True..but..if you are after performance and build quality, alot of times the knockoff is a heavier and less well built rim.

If someone is only after looks, obviously the cheaper one is the one to go with.

what i would like to see if somone has access to both wheels is get the gt-v and the axis look alike in the same size and diameter and weight them both side by side and take a pic of the results. Id like to see how much heavier the axis is over the volk, but you never know the results could condure up some interesting results.

I think they'd look great. I'm going to look closely at the Axis lineup again.

I'm also really curious about the weight of the Axis. Weight will be a big factor in my decision, so I'm hoping for the low 20's for a 19x9.5. Hope I'm not dreaming.

Just found the weight chart for the Axis. Looks like the weights are pretty average http://www.axiswheels.com/axis_wheel..._and_lips.html

I'm looking at Axis Penta's for my DG sedan. I'm also thinking about Volk SF-Winning in mercury silver. Don't know...decisions.

Volk knock off or not, it looks great and good chose.

Some people do not want to or can not spent lots of money on the wheels.

I was excite about an Eagle Star wheels on my 1990 Integra when I was young and could not afford to get expensive wheels.

Now I can afford highend expensive wheels like Asanti, HRE, Jline & etc but I choose not to.
I find my self changing wheels on my car all the time. It seems like there is no end and I loose money but its an addiction.

Here is an example

350Z Roadster (had the car since 3/2004)

First set

Second set

Third set

Fourth set (NOT Really, I went back to Volk SF Challenge)

On my Lexus SC430 ( keep in mind that I had this car since 3/2005)

First set.

Second set.

Maybe third set soon.

Its very expensive when you have 2 car.

Axis makes a great wheel. They're a bit heavy I guess, but reasonably priced and they hold up pretty well...
