More layers or paint or clear coat will add more protection..I didn't use clear cause I didnt want to change the look.

Oh...Kragen Auto Parts. You can get it at any auto parts store or hardware store. It helps (at least for me) to be able to make more even strokes when spraying the surface.

Great work as usual bro!
One question tho, is the bumper paint a good paint to fight against chipping?

Thanks godmans

So far, not a dent or scratch but its going to be hard for me to really gauge as I dont daily my car anymore. I would imagine its more durable since it is suppose to go on bumpers but it is the grille, which is prone to get alot of hits from road debri

Nice work...must have snoozed on by this thread a while back, have never seen your car with the Nissan badge.

Has anyone out ther color matched their grille with their body color? Not sure how a black grille would look on my DG sedan (my headlights are stock).

Do you have to remove the bumper to detach the grill?

Nope. there are just those black clips on top of the grille and then some clips on the bottom of it and it pops right off

+1 Yup, grille removal is a piece of cake...as is the Mt. Fuji emblem removal from the grille.

Thanks guys

Here is a quick DIY I did to remove the front grille. I'll add it to the begining of this thread too. I've seen ones for the coupe out there....same thing.
