Pic request: G sedans with Rims and stock suspension

Hey whats going on guys. I'm not a G owner yet, but I'm trading my Trailblazer in for a G sedan within the next week or so.

I've got it down to a Brilliant Silver 05' X, a black 05' X, or another black 06' X. There all between $11,900-$14,000 with around 30k-45k miles so it just depends what I can get a better deal on.

Anyways, I've always never been able to keep any of my cars stock, so I'm probably going to want to get a nice set of 18's 19's. I've been looking around on this site and it seems like lowering X's are quite expensive and may be over what i can afford to do right away.

So yea, does anyone have pics of their G sedans with stock suspension and aftermarket rims? Preferably 05-06's but anything will give me the right idea. I just don't want to throw rims on it if it's going to just look tacky and like a monster truck. Thanks guys.

Anthony

You will need some sort of drop, or it will look like a jeep.

Rays OEM cpe 19s are a good choice. The offsets are quite aggressive, especially in the rear. I've included some pics before and after lowering with OEM 350Z springs front and OEM G cpe springs rear.

good luck.

Why of course....Here's the link to that thread for whoever else didn't want to use the search. https://g35driver.com/forums/g35-sed...hout-drop.html

and by the way, let me know if this is your G because It's what I used as an inspiration to what I want to make mine look like. I found this picture about 3 months ago back when I first was looking and g35's:

Doesn't seem to make any sense. While some finishes look better with certain car colors, you should be able to find lots of choices. Just go to a place like tirerack.com to get an idea of what works for your car. Also check out the picture threads to get an idea of what other proud g owners are running.

It's a rather stock looking--albeit a mild drop--sedan with tint...

350Z front and G cpe rear on stock sport suspension sitting on 19s with 35 series tires and the car is with all of that still comfortable in the ride dept. It is firm, but comfortable. It does NOT ride like a skateboard. However, if you like a car that floats and bodyrolls around turns and gives you a soft-camry-like ride...don't do it. It handles great, and rides comfortably.

I agree. Running the same setup as Texan1. coupe 19's with z suspension/springs and g coupe rear springs. Same tires and specs too (kumho ecsta spt 245/35-f, 255/35r). Great ride. Firmer than stock, but a good firm. Very sporty and great handling. One of the best mods I've done to my g.
