I will give a final update with pictures and everything after I tune the car. Should be before the years end if traveling doesn't get in the way. I need to wait for everything to be finished because I have some serious bashing I need the post up and don't want to step on my toes.

Andrei: The CJM twin pump required some modification to fit. Unfortunately I only have pictures of a rough piece I designed to hold the sedans level sensor. Charles @ CJM was extremely helpful giving me info I otherwise would not have known!!!
The exhaust isnt going so well, the Megan Y-pipe doesn't fit onto my downpipes and its 2.5 inch inlet which won't work so well with the boost. My exhaust guy won't work on cars without catalytic converters, which is also another little snag.
Axles and stuff will all get upgraded down the line, my wallets a bit dry at the moment.
WHat do you mean is the HKS ems locked? I don't think so, should be able to add maps and tune no problem.
As far as the coolant hose I wasn't worried about hiding, tucking or removing anything. All the other coolant lines that go to the throttle body and oil cooler got blocked off and are no longer in use.

bbs350z: the clutch pivot ball IS NOT necessary on a 2005+ G35 Sedan, I am not sure about the coupes, but the pivot ball in the earlier Z's had a "neck" on it. The newer ones the ball is directly on the shaft and shouldn't break at all. Its also hardened.

Nick, if you need an exhaust guy, I know of one. Labree Motorsports in Canoga Park, but that might be a little far for you. Call him up, name is Brent, and he'll help you out.

yea i have a cd009 on w/ a built 06 revup motor on my z. the clutch pivot ball i recieved (i rember being 2 options for the years), looked like the top one for the g. also charles is the man, im sure he can help you with any of your fcon needs, as he is with mine. im located in wi though so hes alot closer. as far as his twin pump, lmk how that works out. i currently have sp's triple on 1200cc's and it wasnt too bad of an install. most of the electrical portion of that was handled by zach @ sound performance because im terrible with wiring lol. im really looking forward to seeing your build. the one thing i left out was a fluidyne dampner which ill be getting soon enough. where exactly are you located?

on a side not, i havent heard such great stories about the turbos gtm uses in their kits. this could all be rubbish but im in to see how they hold up.

heres a pic of the sp triple.

Good to see the fuel setup fit. The HKS EMS was locked last I checked and could only be installed and tuned by a registered tuner.
Pros

* Full control over everything

Cons

* Only a handful of HKS Pro-Dealers available to tune this EMS
BTW. You can get an exhaust from the coupe or Z and extend the pipes to make it fit. There are a few places that make 3" setups. http://www.alteredatmosphere.com/mm5..._Code=350Z_EXH

I wish I did this on a Z, I had to fabricate a custom aluminum bracket for holding my level sensor and then it was a bitch to install. Also for getting fuel from the other side of the tank, that line didn't fit on my pump so that had to be modified.

Here is my pump with the first bracket (took one redesign to get it to fit)

The redesign was shaved down in half and the sensor was moved down almost 1/2 inch.

That looks good. Eliminate the coolant hose running across the timing cover. It makes it run cooler. You might also be interested in this http://www.my350z.com/forum/engine/3...g-package.html Check prices with GTM and Forged Performance. It's a mod that is well worth for a high dollar build like yours. Also check http://www.courtesyparts.com/ if you want to buy the parts directly.
^Actually it looks like you already have that mod?

Also check http://my350z.com/forum/forced-induc...the-bad-7.html

Did you fabricate an exhaust? I would just run it with the downpipes open if you don't have an exhaust yet. Running a small exhaust is going to increase temps. I saw a big difference in engine bay temps with my dual 3" exhaust since the exhaust gasses exit so quickly.

Also check http://my350z.com/forum/forced-induc...erheating.html > guy has air in the cooling system and doesn't know.

That is a stock brace that was used to with the stock catalytic converters.

LOL, sadly I was going to post a question regarding my car not starting, but I am just going to take it to a local shop and see if they can figure it out. The car turns over but I wasn't getting any spark. So I put the coil back in and then went to start it. The fuel pumps didn't turn on, parking lights came on, windows and horn quit working. Pulled the F-CON and still the same problem, opened the ECU and BCM, no burns... I've checked almost every wire in the engine bay and car as well as all the fuses and relays and nothings wrong. I couldn't trace those problems to anything starting with simplest first, windows not working...just left stumped. I hooked a scanner up to the car and it had no communication with the ECU.

As soon as thats sorted I will have #'s
