Contemplating a new color for next year
BOTH
That's really a tough one... Two ways you can look at it
If you go FI, the mod bug is going to shift to performance, and you probably won't bother painting it, + your ride already looks siiiiiick, so who cares make it fast...
or...
Go ahead and paint it first, that will really complete the look, and free you up to think about performance mods in the future.
geeeez, this post didn't help at all. It just made me want new paint and twin turbos

I've always wanted to do that burnt orange color...I forget what it's called. I think the FX's have it and the 350z If I did a color change, I would probably save up enough to redo the interior as well.....
The color on the 350z is LeMans Sunset http://www.350z-tech.com/zwiki/Leman...et_%28Color%29
On the Murano it's Sunlit Copper http://www.nextcar.com.au/rt.nissan.murano.07apr.html
But my favorite is on the FX... Liquid Copper http://www.carsdirect.com/2003/infiniti/fx45/pictures
