Ugh

I guess I didn't mount my shrouds well enough. One of them fell off.
Now I have to take the car all back apart again because Nissan can't just build a car that the headlights are easy to remove, like everyone else

This happens Ash. I've had to open mine a couple times to make adjustments/fix stuff. Since you'll have them open again make sure you used a lot of glue to hold the projector lens in the turn signal.

Oh trust me, that's one thing that's not going ANYWHERE.

Only thing about the shrouds is, I didn't use a really strong glue to hold them in because I wanted to be able to get them back off if I needed to take stuff apart to tweak.
It wouldn't be that big a deal if I could just take the lights off with two bolts like my cousin's Bonneville.... but nooooooo that's just way to simple...
Instead I have to dismantle half the freaking car just to get a headlight out stupid engineer

dont you just take out the tabs on top then the screw on the side for the bumper and just pull it down? or is the sedans different?

^You can do it that way on the sedan... except that I have the aluminum under-shroud.
It doesn't flex, so you have to take the screws off the bottom and pull the bumper entirely.

Well, I got done redoing my projector shrouds. I had to do a little work re-sealing the little "cap" things on the back of the headlights, because I had to drill an over-size hole to get some wires through, and my first method of sealing it didn't work so great, so I redid it with a polyurethane adhesive stuff that a friend of mine told me about. The stuff is ridiculously strong: http://www.loctiteproducts.com/p/12/...n-Adhesive.htm
I also used it to better secure my INGs ducts in the bumper, they were originally held in with nothing more than 3M tape
This product is also rather amazing, and it's black which makes it more suitable to be used in places where it might be visible: http://www.loctiteproducts.com/p/17/...ng-Sealant.htm

So anyway, I ran some errands in town and washed the car, and I was going to take some pics but it got dark to quick.......... so I took pics anyway LOL.
Tripod = FTW

Pics to follow on next post.

1: would have been cool but the pic doesn't pop like it should for a strobe shot.
2: seeing the flash and hot spot does nothing for me
4: looks really cool and my favorite.

Personally never cared to see lights in pics.

Overall the car is looking great!!!
