The two screws are already there (holding the "mudguard" that's currently there) and there's already a hole for the pushpins.
I dont have the hole for the clip , But the 3m tape stuff is pretty strong. I think Ill roll with just that and the 2 screws, when I wash my car I can tell if its coming off or not I guess.

^Yeah, the clip really doesn't do a lot.
Mine were held on with just the two bolts and 3M for quite a while. I basically just installed a clip because I bought a bunch and there was a place to put one

I guess when I swapped to the 05 bumper and got the mudguards from the scrapyard, the vehicle they were originally on must have had the splashguards on top, so there was already a hole drilled

i pick them up Wednesday :-) but i wont put them on till this weekend after i put on my new rotors :-) i don't want to put the new lug nuts on then off then back on lol but ill post pictures this weekend for you buddy :-)

I don't think you can see mine either lol but someday, someone will fall down behind my car and ..."hey, cool license plate bolts dude"

Now I just need to find a new license plate frame...
