We should all meet up. I'm in bedminster and also have the VQ dual tip (first one out). I posted pics in the big motordyne VQ thread, but here's how it looks like on an 05-06.

Stock VS. Motordyne VQ

THIS may be what is causing your rattling.

I had to hammer this up a little bit. It's the bar right under the driveshaft. You can also remove it.

Nice...didn't Tony say that piece could be removed? I'm sure it's probably easier to just hammer it out of the way though. I think there may also be some heat shielding in the way as well - it's just too cold to get out the jack right now though.

I'm good to meet up pretty much any weekend. Any good places in the North Jersey area?

Very nice, if you have a Nismo kit, it would look so much better. I can't wait to hear one in person. I was thinking about getting the VQ exhaust but just didn't hear it in person yet

OP, please tell me the muffler has 3 hangers on the VQ muffer? I have 04 G Sedan and i need 2 hangers in the front I hope it's not only 1 hanger that's holding the muffler in front of the bumper since the 05/06 only need one or it doesn't matter and 1 hanger is just fine with 03/04 sedans.

It looks just like the one in the pic - there were no modifications required to fit on my 04.

Hard to say...it obviously depends on your definition of too loud. If the car isn't under power (idle or coasting) it is as quiet as stock. Under light power at 2K-3K it can get pretty loud. More throttle than that and it just sounds mean & aggressive, which is perfect.

Biggest noise problem I've experienced is going uphill on the highway. If you're an uphill both ways to school kind of guy, you might run into issues.

I didn't forget about you! I had to get back to my home PC to upload the other pics. I tried to find some of more full car pics for ya:

I have the 03-04 exhaust bracket on my car now. It only needs 1 side of the hangers so you will be fine.

The exhaust is VERY similar to the HKS in sound, but much less drone on the highway.
