There's not much to do other than hit a target air/fuel ration in 250 RPM increments I believe with the Utec. Only problems is that there is no way to know how much the car is making and there is a chance of getting arrested doing pulls on the highway.
Street tuning is actually better because the car gets plenty of air flow and cooling doing pulls. No number of fans on the dyno can recreate the cooling from wind resistance on the street.

It does, that is usually what I struggle with. Temp has a huge impact on getting that last degree or two of timing advance in.
Thanks! I suprise pepople all the time!

Oh yes! I did every thing but the .020 overbore and dynamic balance of the rotating assembly, the cost of those tools just dont justify DIY on that part of it.
Ive got a 99 Cobra vert now, and I will be moving on to that little project next. Wifey likes it since ins a convertable. It needs lots of TLC, but thats most of the fun anyhow. I can restore it with the better parts available aftermarket. Im looking for high 12's NA with NA boltons, sticky tires and 4:30 gears, in a convertable. YES!!!
