CandlestickPark's Projector Retrofit

I've wanted to do a projector retrofit for a long while now but other mods have been a higher priority. Recently the only set of IvoryGT projector retrofit 1st gen Sedan head lights came up for sale. It was a deal I couldn't pass up. They were made a while ago, but never installed.

Details on the headlights as done by IvoryGT:
2nd Gen Bi-Xenon Sedan Projectors
2nd Gen Sedan Shrouds
White LEDs around the outside of projector
Amber LEDs inside Shroud

I wanted to do some additional modifications to the lights before putting them on my car. RRYDE modified my previous set of headlights, and did an excellent job, so I went him to do some additional mods to these.

Mods done by RRYDE:
STi-R clear lens swap
2.5" clear lens installed in turn signal (no additional functionality it just looks sick) - diffuser added inside clear lens to disperse light evenly throughout turn signal lens.
6K bulbs from retrofitsource.com installed
Amber Chrome turn signal bulbs installed (only light up when the turn signal is engaged like the 03/04 Sedan)
Bezels and shroud painted silver (to match my wheels and RRYDE emblemless grill)

Since I would only run the top lights if they were projectors as well, the lights in the top opening are not hooked up. These are bi-xenon so I have high/low beam. I used OEM ballasts to power the projectors.

HUGE thank you to RRYDE, IvoryGT, G35papa, E_K, BLUESLATE, Ttrank and G SEDAN for their help with building these. Couldn't have done it without you guys!!

I'll get some better pics soon showing the light output and cutoff. For now here are some cell phone pics:

Looks sick man. Good work, you should hook up those amber leds to your turn signal.

Sick! Awesome Marcus! Love how that color shows off all the details of the shroud. You're gonna have to tell me what Randy used to shave down the turn signal lense. He needs to clean his garage out too

In for more pics!
