After doing some research I thought of doing the following to paint my wheels white.
3 coats of White plasti-dip.
3-4coats of Duplicolor White (metallic they claim)
3-4 coats of clear coat

Do you guys think this will give a close enough look to a powder-coated white finish? Is there any other paint other than Duplicolor that may give a better result??
