Ash, thanks for the link to the chrome bolts. How do we figure out how long each bolt we need is w/o taking them out and measuring? Also, how would you check torque specs with the allen bolt heads?
g35mods.com ^^^ google it and look up how to install plenum spacer ... there is a awesome pic and paragraph telling you the correct way to torque each one down and the correct pattern around the plenum buddy... i guess i answered your question ... i have an allen head adapter that going on my torque wrench

As far as torque goes, torque it by hand with an allen wrench turned the long way (the low torque way) or a hand screwdriver with an allen tip, and you'll get it just about perfect.
Wouldn't hurt to throw a little lock-tite on the end of the bolts.

Yes I have the 5/16 mentioned above. I think your idea with the allen wrench is a good one. I've had my spacer off and on several times and I've installed several here on other people's cars so I have a good idea of how they feel when they get tightened just right. Still might go by allen wrench adapters for the torque wrench, that sounds magical.
^Just make sure it's an inch-lb torque wrench. They're spec'd for very little torque.
If you have a 5/16, the sizes you want should be
10 or 11 (can't remember for sure) m6x1.0 35mm
3x m6x1.0 50mm
4x m6x1.0 70mm
(IIRC)
Oh, also... if you pick up a random assortment of m6x1.0 25mm and m6x1.0 16mm that will do most of the other bolts around the fenders/etc... and the 4 big ones (12mm socket size) that hold the radiator support are m8x1.25 16mm
The two nuts on the plenum are m6 and the 6 nuts (3 each side) for the top of the strut towers are m8x1.25

^Like mine? You can't, that was the custom part.
For the socket-head ones, that same site I posted does have some really pretty chrome flat-washers... if you want color though, about your only remaining option is this site: http://www.galleryfresh.com/6.html but be forewarned, they're hella-expensive, and they don't have a kit specifically for the G (Z kit is close, but there are bolts it has that you won't need, and bolts you'll need that it doesn't have)

^Not that I'm aware of... but IDK, never ordered from them
You could always get password JDM: http://passwordjdm.com/PasswordJDM-E...ries-C455.aspx
But they're even more expensive (and also not JDM
)
