yeah, im alright. Im guessing its probably 6-8k in damage. I just want to make sure its fixed properly, using OEM parts. Are there even any aftermarket panels that they will try to pawn off on me?

If you get a lawyer you can get easily get about 15k off injuries. My dad got tapped from the rear like that and very minor damage was done to the pick up truck. All said and done he got away with 25k in injuries.

The last collision I was in my insurance dealt with the other driver's insurance company for me. Check with your insurance company if they will do the same for you.
