Drew aka Ambiguous?

Considering your tire sizes are nearly identical to what a 235/35 and 265/35 stretch would be, with those offsets, and according to my math, you will for sure be running within oem specs. Your alignment shop would set your front camber to whatever the nominal setting is for your year-granted you have a front camber kit, but if you don't you'll sit around -1.5* in the front with the natural camber from the springs.
awesome i dont have a front kit

The rears shouldn't need more than -1.6* camber in the rear, which is still within oem specs if that's what you want.
yeah i would like to run as close to OEM in rear

If I were you, I'd run more common/similiar stretch sizes with 235/35 and 255/35 with a tire that runs large, or 255/30 and 275/30. Both those combos will have nearly identical stretch.
i really dont want to stretch tires i want my wheels to fit right but get as much rubber as i can for grip obviously, G30-FI runs the same tires on his work T1S 20" 9.5/10.5 @ +17 all around, so i think i can get away with the tire sizes

Lastly, if you aren't getting/have a front camber kit, you should be able to run the same camber front and rear for even tire rear if that matters to you at all as well. Your natural camber will be the same right after the drop anyways, and since you're going to be running the same amount to fit the rear specs in, you might not need that rear camber kit anyways - but is valuable down the road regardless.
i do have a rear camber kit but basically my main concern is that the lips will tuck if i hit bumps on the road and not bang on my fender so i guess ill just have to wait and see but do you think ill possibly need a slight rear fender pull?

thanks DrewDrew!!

Nope. Drew as in Andrew as in DrewDrew. haha.

Your rears will be in spec (-1.8* max). Depending on your specific springs, it might be out of front spec by -.2* +/- .1*. Front max is -1.4*.

No need for a pull - roll is fine. You shouldn't be tucking lip on dips on Prokits - your shocks are seriously blown if they do.
