Wow unethical.. We sent the wrong trunk and although it would delay your bodyshop time we told you we could not ship a new trunk until we got ours back. You argued with Dustin and had issues with his excellent customer service. When it gets to my level in our business i have to make a decision. YOU didn't like it. We apologized and ask for you to send our stuff back to make it right. I know we are up 24 hours taking care of our customers. Dustin tried to make you happy but you became hard to comprimise with. Sorry it wasn't up to your standards. Show me another company that you can contact like ours. Dustin did not do you wrong. Sorry for any typos in back seat of a car on vaca in oahu. Unethical? I think not..

Dark colors go really well with carbon fiber somehow though not completely black and I must say that midnight purple is really sweet with the cf.

Lawrence don't even get me started because I could have put Dustin on blast in this forum but chose to hold my tongue.
Excellent customer service? far from that Lawrence. I had to beg him to finish giving me proper quotes on THREE of your company's resold (for not much discount from VIS directly) parts before our transaction even began. He avoided me asking him to honor "specials" he offered.
Show me another company that you can contact like ours?He refused to so much as pick up his phone to answer to the issues we had with our transaction yet repeatedly texted me when I politely told him that in my line of work it would be easier and more time efficient for both of us to have a two minute phone conversation like men.
Being told to "stay out of this or things will be delayed even further" is ethical? NO i'm the consumer its my money on the line and my time I CAN AND WILL get involved all I want
Compromise? sending back a part to a company who followed through on ZERO of their time "promises" while my money was still tied up sounded less than inviting.
Having to wait...how long was it lawrence? over a MONTH for a trunk..perfectly normal apparently.
YOU admitted after I hassled you for days for an update that you in fact have issues with your shipper and had even lost parts with the company before.
Last you told me you "dont deal with this forum and let Dustin handle it" and didn't even know the prices quoted on your products so don't try to be so involved now.
