how uneducated do you think your customers are?? I had a VIS rep on the phone that week of this original transaction http://www.visracing.com/newcatalog/...ber-Trunk.html wasnt listed on their site at the time but I got a shipped quote to my zip code and even was able to talk the guy down in price from the listed one.
Wrong- I had your employee threaten to charge my credit card more for a coupe trunk when i said i was considering just keeping it and reselling( a more expensive item which was mistakenly shipped to me) it took me calling you how many times to at least smarten your REP. out of charging for his mistake. excellent customer service? no.
you made your company out to sound like you did some kind of favor for not charging shipping for the return and new item. IT WAS your mistake after all.
fyi: me and the shipping company also discussed how your strafe return policy requires inspection of items for damage in presence of driver, something which goes against their policy for shipments. They said theyve continually asked you to remove that from your return policy as well. hmm

As for the consumer, know matter how hard you try to please them. there will always be that one consumer that doesnt think you went above & beyong to handle the issue. im sure you followed your company guidelines...

Yeah actually we all know vis chargin the 800$ on the link.i posted for a CF OVERLAY trunk is higher than the price should be. Nothing wrong with being an informed consumer bud. Theres flexibility and chances are if the rep on the phone knows his markup % he'll work w. A customer especially one who wants multiple parts.
