Fletch's STS Rearmount Turbo G35x Sedan
Ok, so some of you may have noticed that my build thread lost all pictures. They were hosted on a private FTP server previously and the guy who owned it got booted from a local car club's forum so he took it down and I lost most of my previous pictures. Just wanted to post up some newer pics of all the progress I've made on the car in the last year of ownership.
It was a cold and icy winter in IN (yes, that's 4 inches of ice) but the AWD just pulls through everything despite being slammed:
You might have noticed also that I modified the stock X bumper. The cross members were ugly and hid the FMIC. I also really wanted to add some yellow euro fogs:
Before:
After:
I also removed the interior in the rear to re-run all sub wires and hide everything. I removed the stock Bose 8" sub (if you can call it that) in the rear deck and installed an amp in it's place and put my JL 8W0 in the trunk to save on room (I have a kid after all, those toys and pack and plays take up a lot of space).
Everything (wires, amp, etc.) are all hidden underneath the stock Infiniti covering that goes along the top of the trunk.
Any ways, I've also put in a Clarion DD HU that is touchscreen, has DVD, iPod/iPad capability and need to get some pictures. I've also got a Hallman MBC sitting in the garage along with 3 new amber guages (AFR, Boost, Oil Pressure) and an A pillar mount to be installed still. I am currently in the process of replacing a front wheel bearing on the driver's side which has been a pain in the ***, but soon the car will be back on the road. I'll update with new pics ASAP.

It's actually not very impressive on paper, haha. I've got a couple of vids from the previous owner that sort of show the progression. The awd cars seem chronically low on whp translated through the drivetrain. Started around 250 awhp and 210ish awtq with slight bolt ons and went to about 300awhp and 250 awtq after he bolted on the turbo. It's currently only at 4psi and the tune is very conservative and progressive. It drives like a stock (but slightly louder, haha) g sedan. Once I install the gauges and the boost controller (anytime in the next month or so) then I will be upping the boost and reporting my findings. The car is surprisingly quick and i've walked some cars that were not expecting my car to be at all quick, . Here are those vids:

Thanks. It's lowered on g coupe springs all around currently, but once I reroute the turbo piping (currently runs under the front axle so can't go any lower) then the front will be lowered on my 350z springs and should sit level.

Not a secret, . I actually got really lucky and was able to purchase it off of the previous owner very shortly after he had installed it so I'm not sure of the cost. He bought it off of a member on here. When i purchased the car, it was pretty dirty and pretty much stock aside from the turbo being bolted on and tuned really well by the guys at GRD in IL. I've added a transgo shift kit and an additional trans cooler. Changed out the trans fluid to matic s and done a lot of clean up stuff (new filter, filter shield, filter sock, new fluids all around, new wheels and tires, etc.).
