no doubt in my mind that it fits/works and makes good power being AWD

My issues were if the t-case can take the abuse. I'm like you, i need to daily drive my car. Being AWD it would be expensive to beef up our t-case and other AWD items.

Please do report back every now and there. I know there used to be a small handful of STILLEN SC AWD guys. There was a rear turbo AWD in indiana as well. I dont know if they posted anything up lately.

I was playing with the idea of SCing mines as well. Did you have to make custom piping? and are you talking about the return-less fuel set up or something else?

Interested in what kind of numbers you're putting down in HP/TQ. Looks great and I'm jelly.

Still don't see why you would use the Gross weight unless the car regularly hauls its max load.

That said, while I don't have a dyno sheet to show you guys right now (I will try to get this from the shop), the shop told me that I am making between 350-360hp and 300tq on average to the wheels. Have to drive with VDC off because the car will tear right through it, and without it on the car will chirp 1st and 2nd gear no problem. Remember, the car weighs 200-300lbs more and is an automatic. Car was professionally tuned by CIN Motorsports on a Mustang MD-1100 Dyno with UpRev. These guys do quality work and are reputable so I trust their word.

In the following months I am planning some more upgrades to try to increase horsepower to between 370-380. I think 400hp is obtainable but with this car it is going to be a lot of work if I don't touch the block.
It looks like you have the 3.33" pulley installed which is consistent with the numbers you posted. You can drop down to the 3.12" pulley which will get you into the upper 300s on a 5AT. Plenty of folks will tell you to push for over 400 which will likely require the 2.87" or an aggressive tune. IMO, however, just be happy with mid to high 300s. That's plenty of power for a daily driver.

Supporting mods are: a shift kit in the trans, 1000cc injectors, drilled out the fuel rails and welded larger fittings, new fuel lines, 320 lph fuel pump, switched the pump bucket with one from a 350z, trans cooler, upgraded the exhaust.

The X does not come with the same fuel setup like the other cars so that caught me up when tuning.
THANK YOU FOR THIS THREAD!!!!!!! I'm actually in process of putting my Vortech Set up on my X, so this helps a WHOLE LOT

ok bare with me i have quite a few questions…

What breather mods do you have? headers? exhaust? plenum spacer?

Do you have a UpRev MAF?

What tuner did you use?

Did you upgrade cooling system besides trans cooler?

What Vortech Set up did you go with? Si or SCi? Stock Intercooler? size pulley?

How much PSI are you pushing?

Upgrading pump bucket necessary?

What do you mean by the X does not have the same fuel set up? I plan on going with Injector Dynamics 725cc Fuel Injectors direct fit for a 350z and a Walbro 255lph fuel pump, WILL THIS FIT? OR DO I NEED TO GO WITH SOMETHING ELSE?

This should give me a good idea where ill be roughly.. i have all the breather mods, upgraded rad/fans, thermostat, trans cooler one step colder spark plugs, transgo. WILL BE getting oil cooler, fuel pump, fuel injectors, upgraded MAF and I'm going with the Si trim on the Vortech. Hopefully i can come close to 400awhp under 10psi.

Thanks in advanced man!!!!! props on getting this done and documenting it, it relieves a lot pressure on doing it!

I plan to supercharge my x in about a week but want to make sure i get EVERYTHING I need, and im really glad i stumbled upon this thread. Question, for the fuel rail will the cheapo godspeed and other brands work; or should i consider something more reputable? Thanks.

Can you throw up a vid to give us an idea of the sound levels?
