I always wondered what a dual set of louvers would look like on the hood. Running the full length like a Morgan.

So today my window visors came in along with my nismo rear lip and isf diffuser. Thanks to the fellow members here for a great deal on the parts, I'm pleased with the Condition of the items and how fast they mailed them out! I'm pretty excited to start getting the final steps finished up so I can paint her. I'm finishing up the fender flares to fit my rear drag radials with the new suspension setup since it will be on the ground. I decided to go with mango tango with a touch of gold pearl over the top. Can anyone guide me to some pics with a nice rim color, I'm stuck on gold or black but not sure what other colors may compliment the color. Need ideas on tips too, going with dual exhaust for sure, just need ideas on tips, either the 3 inch MagnaFlow tips, or corvette quad tips, but on the ends, not centered.

Get me a standard color from a powdercoat supplier and I'll shop them for you. Need sunlight side , night side , 45 degree both. Make sense?

No I'm pretty confused by that actually can you explain what you mean? I was just going to spray them a matte color with normal paint like I would use on a vehicle. Just not sure what color would compliment the mango tango pearl paint.

Been awhile since I've been on here but I've slowly been working on my project, here's some progress.... the rear lip was a pain.

And to those who have been following my slow *** build you know I like to use anything extra that I have around the shop to create my car, my ultimate goal in being a truly one of a kind g35 sedan out of the many modded ones in the world. I took this off the rear bumper of a prelude that came through the shop, then decide to cut away and see how it worked out. As you can see in the pics I'm fighting over what rims I want to have, but I'm pretty dead set on my g37 ones.

getting started

G37s with new vent

so I'm planning to finish getting that last vent in by Monday then I'll start sanding the entire car down to paint, the mango tango with gold pearl over the top was the winner, and considering my interior is damn near done and has orange stitch and inserts I'm pretty much stuck with my decision. My car is already over the too anyways with all the crazy stuff I've done to it so I don't really care about the color being bright anymore.

what's the issue with removing the tail lights? Nothing has changed from factory. The 3rd brake light as well has easy access under the trunk. The lights aren't molded into the body just paint matched white. They are actually going back to the full smoke look soon because I'm not feeling the half lights any more.

My bad, My 2005 has a lot different style of light. I thought you had molded them in to the fender.

If it's a sedan they should be exactly the same. I'll put up some pics later but I'm removing the white paint soon, they were just paint matched not molded. My sedan has 05 06 sedan rear lights on my 04.

is that mango color the same as the coupe in previous post?
If so, black would be simplest to match but throw in some gold accents I think it would POP.
You don't want to do red, yellow, blue, green, orange...
On the other hand, a super dark red wouldn't be too bad. Purple or white would even work. A dark grey isn't a bad choice either, and please NO CHROME.
As you can see, I'm picky on colors...I hate when people clash colors on their cars.
Love the originality in this build so far, keep going!
