Anyone with CCW Wheels?

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone has put CCW rims on the 07 G yet? But more importantly, DO YOU HAVE PICTURES?

I ask, because CCWs are some very nice, very lightweight forged one-piece wheels (around 21lbs for 19x10") that don't cost as much as the forged three-piece wheels. But, they do come in the right sizes for the G and have a deep lip to them.

Example of what I'd think would look hot:

CCW T10

CCW SP16A

Your thoughts/opinions?

DO NOT even bother with CCW wheels. They are 1-PC garbage. I know from first hand experience, by far one of the worst wheels I have ever owned. The finish was terrible as well as the quality. Again, do not purchase CCW wheels unless you are looking for a nightmare. Good Luck.

Yikes there you have it stay away from them! If you really like them go see if you can find them in a local wheel and tire shop before you spend that kind of $$$

That's the first I've ever heard of bad quality of CCW wheels. I know they are extremely popular on Vettes, so I wonder if you just got a bad set as countless others seem to work well on a high performance car. Only negative that I've seen is that they're a biatch to keep clean.

I like that T10 myself... they have other styles of course, but extremely thin 5-spoke wheels or thin split 5-spokes or mesh wheels doesn't seem like it'd look good on the G Sedan.

Haha. Word. Usually I like mesh. So, I don't know. It might grow on me. Maybe something like Fikse FM/10s would look sweet. But, Sean, I don't know that I'd call your wheels "mesh." It's a 10-double, which, I like a lot!! Nice car.

As far as 20s less than 10", yeah, I don't know why either. I'd probably go 19" regardless, just to keep some performance. Plus, with something like the CCWs, they actually look pretty big due to the way the spokes emerge from the outer rim.

But the important question is, no pics yet?

CCW makes complete custom 3 piece wheels, the one piece you speak of Ive never heard of. These are some one highest quality wheels around. So many race teams run these wheels. and they make wheels are wide as 13" plus...wheres your basis for terrible wheels?

+1 never heard one complaint on CCW, i don't know how many different finishes they have, but the high polish is beautiful, not many wheel companies bother to polish the inside of the barrels like they do either...i'll snap some pics of my dad's vette when i get off work...yeah they definately make wider than 10" because he's running a 19x13 in the rear

No. Problem was, they don't go LOWER than 10" for 20"s.
