Does anyone on the forum own a Blue Slate G35?

I went to my local dealership - Miller Infiniti, but at the moment they don't have any in stock. I don't want to drive 15 miles to Glendale (nearby dealership) in order to view the color.

5 weeks ago I bought a lakeshore slate g35 6mt coupe. I can post pics or you can come by the office (Santa Monica) to see it. I have to tell you it was nearly impossible to find one that color in a 6mt with premium etc.

there was one in sacramento I think and one in arizona. I was looking at all three (gotta love car brokers). santa monica infiniti said they "could get one" but likely it was one of those three. that was 5 weeks ago...iow, good luck...

let me know if you want to see mine.

I bought my G from Miller Infiniti 3 weeks ago and they had a Blue Slate which I almost bought. I changed my mind and got the Platinum Graphite instead. They should be able to get one for you. Try Parkside Infiniti in Valencia, too.

The internet team at Glendale Infiniti leaves a lot to be desired. They never responded to my original web inquiry until AFTER I bought the car at Miller, and now I can't get them to stop. I just got *another* email from them tonight.

Not the sharpest tools in the shed. I liked the guys at Miller and I got a good deal from them.

pantablo & h2mann, you both have beautiful cars. I am really falling in love with that colour. My next car, G37, will be in Slate Blue even if I have to travel out of state to get it.

Pantablo, I would love to swing by and see the colour in first hand. This week we have an off-site job and I will be in San Bernardino but once I come back, I'll swing by your office in Santa Monica.

I dont know about you but i would drive the 15 miles to check out the color of this car. You'll be keeping this car for a very long time and if you think about it, 15 miles isnt much at all. Go check it out in person.

you're more than welcome to.
Let me tell you...everyone, I mean EVERYONE, comments on how beautiful the color is. And they're right, the pictures dont do it justice...

also, looking at the picture of the 07 sedan that blue looks much darker than mine but could be the photography (or the hawaii background...). [edit: actually he called it blue slate. mine is technically called lakeshore slate...maybe they're different colors. dunno.]

another gratuitous shot.
You sure santa monica isnt 15+ miles from the valley (RT)?

Pantablo, good point. It's about 20 miles to Santa Monica and 15 miles to Glendale from the Valley. Now to pick....

P.S. Car looks beautiful.....
