I miss driving my car!

I ran across these 2 pics I took a while back at the GFs house while unloading my camera a few minutes ago. They made me sad, since i have not been able to drive her for over 2 weeks now with another 3-4 to go because of stupid knee surgery. Shes just been sitting in the garage... I did let the GF drive it for a day while her car was getting maintenance.

I feel for you Sean. I am currently recovering from a blown patella so I can relate somewhat to your situation. The good news is that I won't need surgery. What happened to your knee that made you require surgery?

The best of luck recovering bro!

I haven't driven my G for 85 days, I have five days to go from my deployment. Since being gone I have bought the stillen intake and 19 coupe wheels which should be installed shortly after I return home.

My wife says she has been keeping it clean for me, but nobody washes her like I do. Oh well want be long now

Best of luck to you as well. I have messed up knees, from wrestling and fbal my whole life. This was my 5th knee surgery. This injury happened Dec. 26 while coaching wrestling, got hurt wrestling our stud 160 lber. I dislocated by patella and exploded the bone chips out in the picture. I had surgery Jan. 2 to remove them. And then on the 16th of this month I had an OATs procedure to try and graft good bone/tissue into some of the holes left by the chips in weight bearing areas of the joint. I am not supposed to be doing much of anything for a few months. I am going to the VT home fball opener tomorrow though, on crutches of course. I am looking at about a 12-14 month rehab before I can jog/run again. Surgeons say I will probably have both knees replaced b/t 35-40, I am 25 now.

What did you do? Goodluck with your recovery as well!

I feel ashamed for whining! Thanks for serving! If you were local, I would make sure your car was shined up for your arrival! I hope its even better than you remember and post up some pics with the new upgrades!

Holy **** Sean! I've never had a knee injury up until 3 weeks ago when I blew out my knee playing golf. I've never experienced pain like that in my entire life. Knowing how painful a knee injury is now, I can't even begin to imagine what you've been through.

5th knee surgery?

Jeez man, no more wrestling for you, and take care of yourself bro.

Haha- yeah, knees suck! I am not a fan of em anymore. I am not in too much pain, a little sore because I was on it so much yesterday at the game. Oh well. Your right though, no more wrestling
