I have 10mm spacers in the garage but they aren't on yet. These wheels fit without spacers but are a tad tucked into the fender wells. On the mudguard question, they came with the car from the dealer. And the spoiler is the euro one that I installed myself.
Hope that helps you guys out.

There's a few pre-existing holes, you just pull the plugs out and use the included screws to attach them.
There is one screw beneath which requires drilling.
My cordless drill is huge, so I had to jack each corner of the car to get the drill and bit beneath.
The kit includes a paper template for where to place the hole, but I put my guard in place and double checked the hole location before drilling.
Once the hole is in place, be sure to have a super clean surface (I used an Alcohol/Water solution) cause these also have some double side tape.
Put them in place, pull out the tape backing and zap in the screws.
I think it took me about an hour or so and that was only because I had to jack the car for the bottom holes.
Otherwise, it's a 5 minute/1 beer process.
