The bar is adjustable. I have it moved up half way and I have no issues with the bar touching.

Looks good! It might just be the angle, but the right side looks a tad higher than the left. Either way, will keep an eye out for this new developement. Thanks for sharing!

I just checked the link someone posted. It shows:

Part Number: GTS-SUS-1319
GTSPEC Front Strut Brace for 03-07??? G35 (V35) Coupe/Sedan

Part Number: GTS-SUS-1320
GTSPEC Front Strut Brace for 07+ G35 (V36) Sedan

I'm sure it's just a typo, but the first part number also indicates its for the '07 Sedan. Hope you got the right part number as the engine bays are slightly different.

The strut bar was designed specifically for the 07+ sedans. My car was the test car for it =) . And you're right about the other side being a bit higher. I was in a rush and I wasn't paying attention when I was putting it on. I have the left side raised now to match it

They're probably indicating the 07 coupe.

yes, you are right, that's the first ever produced (test fit sample).

There are two version

1. 03~06 G35 sedan or coupe
2. 07+ G35 sedan only (so far). Haven't test fit on G37 yet.

coming out soon .. front lower tie, rear lower tie and rear lateral brace. Already done , just waiting for Paul and another G37 to come by for test fit.

03~06 G35 sedan brace is available next week (pending custom clearance) and 07+ G35 sedan front strut brace , we are looking at another 45 to 60 days for it to arrive here.
