JDM Front Sport Lip / Midnite Grille
Since they don't make one for the 1st Gen cars, you could always paint it yourself. It may be a little more work, but would definitely be more original that way.
Yeah, sorry, it is the '09 OEM Sport Lip.
Hehe. Yup, it's always been white, Clement. Funny, though, because I was gonna get a black one originally, but my 2 other cars are black, so I decided to go the complete oposite this time.
Awesome pics, G35xQX1! Your car loos sweet with the front lip, midnight grille, and G37 wheels. Quick question... what did you use for the ambient footwell lighting?
Thanks, Robby... I'm gonna have my work cut out for me this weekend... Have the lip, grille, and some Berk HFC's to install this weekend... Hopefully it stops raining long enough so I can at least wash my car before the weekend.
They actually make a sweet Nismo front lip for the non-sport bumper. I actually like that lip better than the one for the sport bumper. Give Rick a call at Riverside Infiniti... they typically carry the Nismo lip in-stock!
Thanks for the great comments, man!! I can't wait to get it installed.

Yeah, sorry, Allen, it is the '09 OEM Sport Lip... just repainted Ivory Pearl. Thanks for the nice comments!
2Go: Stop by Riverside and pick up the ambients. They are actually OEM for our sedans.
Installation was not too bad. The thing that takes the most time is taking the damn panels off. The rest is just as simple as plugging the ambients to the glove box light, drilling holes in 2 panels, and running the wire behind the center console (much like the illuminated kick plates)

I haven't had a chance to install it yet... Hopefully this Sunday will be the day!
I think the total price came out to be right around $500... that included the cost of the front lip, plus the cost to strip it and repaint it.

So riverside painted it for you before shipment?
Yeah, Riverside has a great paint shop that they work with, so they can have it all done for you before shipment. I live very close to them, so I just picked mine up, but they had it all ready and painted IP for me when I got there. Just give Rick a shout and tell him Adrian from G35Driver sent you and he'll take care of you.
No problem. Rick at Riverside is great to work with and gives G35Driver forum members a decent discount... Just make sure to give him time to get back to you, as he is always VERY busy.
yo adrian! i got the front lip put on tonight, it's a snug fit and really easy to install....i didn't use the stock rivets for the underpart though, the guy who helped me use some rivets that needed an air compressor gun...kinda cool...lip is so cool and you really don't lose any ground clearance

I helped install the standard bumper lip as well as my own sport lip.
The sport lip is definitely easier.
This lip is really a first class piece & looks fantastic.

I have a rivet gun too, but I think I'l stick with the stock hardware since it's mostly bolts. I didn't see any rivets in the stock hardware, or are you refering to the plastic clips they include? Oh yeah... also, did you use a 1" hole saw to make the larger holes per the instructions, or is that where you used the rivets instead?
Awesome Paul!!! Post up some pics!!

oh for the larger holes, we just used a drill bit and did a little circular motion to make the hole bigger lol...kinda ghetto, but it worked
i took some pics earlier today, ill post em up on here when i get home
