OEM Rear Trunk Spoiler on OB

Hey guys - Just some pics of the OEM rear trunk spoiler on an OB.

Im still debating if I like it enough to purchase it. I just find it kinda pricey for a mod that is pure aesthetics.

Not sure why, but this spoiler just looks much better in person.

Not much love for this spoiler eh?

Ya, I have a feeling these pics dont do the spoiler justice. But for 400 bucks? jeeperz... if it was 200, maybe it might be an easier sell.

I thought it looked a little too small in person... smaller than it looks in the pics.
I have to say that I like the lines of the side view on the Stillen better, but I don't think I'm going that route. Too much coin for something that isn't unique at all.
If I'm dropping that amount of dough, I'd rather spend a bit more and pick up an Impul. Not many of those around. Problem is that I haven't seen one in person. (I liked the OEM G37 until I saw it in person)

I'm waiting to see how the TK reproduction project goes.
In the meantime, I'm happy being spoiler-free.

Wes you know my preference, I love the looks of that spoiler and it does look so much nicer in person. Plus you get rid of the chrome lip.

Yeah... those Impuls are calling my name too!
Too bad they don't have a "Buy our springs and get our spoiler for free" offer, huh?

I'm in the marketplace looking at a $600 lens for my D80 and I started to think...
Lens, Impuls, Lens, Impuls, Lens, Impuls, Impuls, Impuls, Impuls.

Friggen springs. Wes, you pull the trigger and I'll follow suit.

Well, i wouldn't say it's just pure aesthetics. On the G, the rear spoiler actually helps contribute to zero lift at speed. The fronts are already at zero.
