Reverse Lights LEDs

finally got some reverse lights that are brighter than stock, they are not wide angle like stock. but they go straight beam back if that makes sense definitely making it easier to see.

Do you not get any "replace bulb" light because of the LEDs vs incandescents like putting in LEDs for other bulbs?

You won't have that problem unless you replace signal bulbs. If you replace bulbs that are supposed to blink, you will get hyperblinking to notify you that the car thinks a bulb is out.
Simply splice in a wire to the signal and the "replace bulb" will go away.
I changed out my reverse lights to high power LEDs similar to these, and there's no problem since they aren't signals. No need for resistors.
I also changed out my turn signals to high power LEDs but initially they hyperblinked. After adding a resistor, the car blinks at OEM speed and doesn't hyperblink anymore.

Oh nice! thanks man, i'm gonna order LEDs for the interior an reverse lights this week.

How hard is the splicing? I don't really wanna deal with that sort of stuff.

Maybe I could buy you lunch or something
Or if we ever have another Houston meet!

I changed just about every bulb in my car to LED, it jsut looks so much better and there's a lot of advantages (dont heat up, longer life, etc)

Looks great when the interior lights match the exterior

those are bright! I have LEDs (much smaller ones) in my reverse tails and I love them.

Yup! They look so much better. I've had my license plate LEDs in for awhile, but with school and all never got around to LEDing the rest of the car. And now with my 8000Ks, every light in my car will have a nice blue glow

Those really are sick.
Been looking for something like that but I'm a little sketchy about changing my reverse lights.
You never know when an LED will burn out, then someone will rear end you or something
Maybe I'm just being paranoid lol

I was able to change out my rear signals to LEDs fairly easily. The splicing wasn't hard.

But, I'm having some difficulties with the front bulbs since on my '06, we have 7443 bulbs, which are dual-filament.
I bought these LEDs, Dual Color Changing 7443 LEDs for my front.
When I turned on my parking lights, they illuminated white. I spliced in the resistor to the signal, then tried out the signal, but the signal wouldn't turn on at all. It wouldn't even hyperblink.
So, I'm very confused... because I know I'm splicing and grounding everything correctly. Another problem was when I put these bulbs in backwards (wrong polarity), it blew a fuse.
It happened twice, fortunately, 'Driver was very helpful and I was able to replace it very quickly.
