I have to work on the lighting and textures some more but it's getting there

I bought the base model online at a repository, then used 3d Max and a couple of other programs for the textures, lighting and rendering

If you're using Max to render...look into HDRI lighting. Makes a world of difference! As for textures, I use Vray materials.
Here is a sample I did a while back.
