so I am thinking about having the top of my car (including the shark fin) painted glossy black on my blueslate G35s Sedan. Here is a pic of the top of the car...what do you guys think? can someone photoshop this for me as well? Thanks in advance!

It's not going to be that noticeable. I did this on my Topaz Blue E46 and it was barely noticeable.

But atleast you could say you have a painted black roof!!

Actually tint laws are tough. I just risk it...35% is legal on side and rear windshield only lol...ya i think i will go for the black roof probably...thast what i am leaning towards but we will see how much its going to cost me.

Kool_yaar- yeah the mod bug has hit me hard lately lol. I think ima do this blackroof probably, and the exhaust/muffler tips or whatever to look more agressive...and eventually when available ill do the new rear diffuser auto whatever it is called...and I am thinking about a lip too for the front.

 

already have the grille, headlights, tailights, and rear valence painted glossy black (tailights were smoked with tint)....this is just an old pic i am using to you can get a good photoshop.

 

Honestly, i think you should try something else. That black roof, as BocaIvan pointed out, won't be very noticeable.

Perhaps black out the chrome strips (i.e. black chrome)? I'm not a fan, as i think the chrome adds to the character lines of the car, but it may work for you.
