How about something less stock looking!!? Something that stands out! And I don't mean rice! Is that your first mod to the engine bay?! Lol! I am completely stock on the bay! Thinking of painting the engine cover! But that's it!

I don't want intakes and am too lazy to paint anything. Gt-spec strut bar is the only thing that might be in the engine bay if I ever order one.

It was a bundle man!!!! Lol! When I took the bolt Out the oil came rushing out!! Lol! So put some oil to the oil filter right?!

Yes. Slowly poor in a bit of fresh oil and let it soak into the filter media. TIlt it on its side and roll it around so that it soaks the entire filter media. As it absorbs, you can slowly add more, but you don't want to fill it more than what it will hold without spilling out when you tilt it sideways to install it. Basically what you're doing is eliminating the time it takes for the oil to absorb and start flowing freely throughout the engine; you save a few seconds of running the motor without proper oiling.

By the way, you don't need to remove the entire shroud or whatever it's called. Just remove the bolts on that lower 1/3 in your pic, it's a flap you can just flip forward giving you plenty of access.

Pics for proof.

Damn!!! Next time then! You usually use jack stands or ramps!?! I gotta make some custom ones! I got ramps but car too low!
