How my car looks these days.

I have kinda hit a cross road with my G. I love it dearly the way it is. No, im not planning on selling it (even though M45 Sports have been catching my eye left and right these days) as im gonna drive the wheels off it, i am just kinda, over modding. Got the simple things on my car that I like, but thats it. I dont want bigger wheels anymore, dont need a louder exhaust anymore. Im just kinda content.

I was creeping pics, and noticed June 10 last summer I was at 33k. June 3rd and im at 52500. I drive a lot. Holy crap.

Previous thread you saw my car on 20" Rennen C10s and as much fun as the 20s were to look at, im fussy as hell when it comes to my ride quality and those wheels just were not doing it. Sold the rims, picked up some G37 sport 19s and a front and rear spoiler and called it good. Had this combo on my 05 G and loved it. Currently love it on the new car. Simple touch that separates the car from the rest. I also retinted my windows 30% as I have a prescription now (yay loopholes).

Just got back from Miami Florida with the car and things seemed to run flawlessly. I jsut really hate my brakes I put in. They **** me off to noavail and im waiting for a good day to swap them out for new OEM.

Anyways, off my soap box. Here is some updated pics. Excuse the dirty car. My pickyness with the cars appearance lately is just... drooped. Needs a buff on the front since the painters tape did a number on my hood and fenders (im so done with that ****. It doesnt work) and my front bumper needs a hella repaint from the PO and all my highway driving.

just get bbk and youll be set. Im on the same boat right now. I wanna actually sell my vossens and get some oem wheels. Keep it simple. But trust me you will get bored of it. Get bbk, no need to go all out.

Looks nice. Keep it up

I am not buying a BBK lol. I drive this thing all year round in snow and stuff and I dont wanna ruin 3k brakes lol. My 19s are also the only wheels (of my three sets) that would fit over a BBK. And that eliminates my winter wheels and stuff lol. I dont wanna run 19s in the winter lol.

I don't think I'll get bored. i drove my 05 with the same setup for like2.5 years. Didn't bore me. I think Im just getting tired of dinking around with the car. Just kinda wanna leave it alone.

Looking nice & clean, love the coupe wheels on the sedan. The current 2010+ sedan wheels are so butt ugly, the 2009 & earlier 18" split spokes were nice but they've really regressed since then
Your chin spoiler and tail spoiler look just right, IMO those headlight bezels painted blue slate would look really classy, but if you're tired of tinkering you're at a good place to stop

Your car is looking great as is!

Had infiniti offered the G35S with those wheels and spoiler/lip standard back in 07/08, i bet u they would have sold a whole lot more Gs!

Once I get the brakes fixed, the car will be perfect. It feels great as it is. Still eagerly awaits running to 7500RPM up the on ramps and getting a nice spin off the 255s rolling into second. Carves up clover leafs as well. The whole car just feels good, other than the brakes lol. Hard lefts make something in the right rear brakes grind like somethings wrong but Im just waiting for a good day to take the **** all apart again.

I wish I was into DIY mechanical ****, but i'd much rather just take a buffer to the car than fix **** and do maintenance lol.

Simple and clean G! G37 19's will always do the trick.

Instead of using painters tape, you should try saran wrap next time.

Debadge! And IMHO, lose the mud flaps - those things belong on trucks and SUVs!

Besides that, it's a clean looking ride.

love the spoiler and lip, great choices w/ the 19's. I say keep the mud flaps, I think they look proper on our G's.
