Out with the VQ in with VK50! **NO 56K**

Never updated you guys so here you go..

Some of you know that I picked up a new car. I had my G35 for 4 years and had a blast with it. Mod bug bit me hard on the G and I am trying to control myself with the new ride. Heres the G a few days before the demodding.

Out with the old and in with the new.....

2009 Infiniti FX50 "S" Delivery day picture! 12/18/08

I love this thing. So much power from the 5.0 Liter V8. I love the growl and the CDC active suspension is amazing. Here are a few more pictures after driving it for a couple days. Only mods done so far is a V1 hardwire that I did with my friend. It wasn't as hard as I thought but was kinda weird tearing up the center console on a brand new car.... On too the pix!!!

IMHO, the FX seats are the best seats that Infiniti offers; they're VERY comfortable to sit in, but at the same time, you don't sink into it like you do on a sofa, and they hold you in place under cornering.

Does anyone have any info on the VK50? I looked up wiki and around and didn't find much. Is this a stroked 4.5 litre with VVEL or a something totally new?

It is the next generation VK with VVEL.

Comparing this VK to the old VK is like comparing a VQ-DE to a VQ-HR

Thanks guys the seats are amazing! I wish both the seats had power thigh and lumbar bulsters but only the driver seat has it. But still very comfy and hold you in very snug.
