CO: Dyno Day at Mac Autosport
First: I'm Robert_K from My350Z.com. I live in Fountain and work at Peterson AFB. I've organized meets and dyno days before for the Z group in the past. I've met some G35 owners but like to get more out to the Z events!
Anyhow:
I was wondering if anyone is interested in having another Dyno Day at Mac Autosport again? The last dyno day was a blast!!! Met some new people, saw some great numbers, and just had a good time. Mac was really impressed on how easy we made it for them and told me that it was there best dyno day ever! Like to keep it a Z/G35 event just like the last one. Blake you welcome to join us as before. As before I would need at least 10 solid people to sign up before I call Bill to lock a date & confirm the cost. I was thinking the best day is Saturday October 28, three weeks away. Back up date being November 4th, but I need to see if I can get that day off myself first.
For those that have never been to Mac or a dyno day here is some good info from the last one:
So who is interested???

For those that haven't been there, Bill & Nick are very friendly and very educated in the Z platform. They also have several products for the Z. The dyno is a DYNOJET 248/224 In-ground All-Wheel Drive, Rolling Chassis Dynamometer. Don't quote me on the price but "should" be around $50-60 for 3-pulls w/ air-to-fuel ratio, no tuning. This could be a very fun event with the hope of seeing some awesome numbers. For the new Z owners that haven't started modding yet I highly suggest this. Baseline numbers are a very good to know to see what gains you have achieved and where to go next.
So who is interested???

Well I'm still gonna see if he wants to go to this. But I wont have the new parts on by then. We're having a custom pipe made right now to replace the joint between the MAF and the charge piping to rid any boost leaks. As for people posting on this. I check these boards alot and there doesnt really seem to be alot of people in CO. on here

I can vouch that Rob's a good guy. Should be a fun time. I'll be up there, but I don't think I will be running a dyno, since my G will have just completed getting the JWT kit put on and dyno tuned.
but, Rob, I'll tell you what: if you can only get nine people, and you need ten, I'll throw in the $50/60 it would take to get another dyno run, and run mine on the dyno just for fun. If you can get enough people, I'll just be there for moral support, but if you need that last one to get MacAutosport to run the dyno, I'll do it.
Dave
PS: I'm Dave 90TT on the my350z forums, since I had a 1990 Z32 TT prior to getting my G.

I'm going to put you down if you don't mind? If we get 11 than you won't have to make a pull. We have a two weeks left but I like to give MAC a week's notice. There is always those "Wait to the last minute" guys. LOL I'm headed up to MAC Tuesday and was going to talk to Bill about it. Want to head there locking the date though.
