I just got the coupe tinted a couple weeks ago, and I still can't believe how well the windows turned out. He takes his film up to the edge, trims and somehow files them so that you can't see the edges. I'll get pics up soon.

I was charged $170 for 30% Sunguard with Lifetime warranty as long as you own the car. The guy's name is Jimmy, and has been tinting for over 20 years, and it shows.

His resume is pretty impressive for the places, cars, and dealerships he's tinted for.

I'll get his number, it's in the car, but I thought I'd start out by letting you know there IS a good tint guy in Chicagoland, and although you can get tinted for cheaper downtown, trust me, his work is top notch.

Good to know.... Also Mr. Kustom in Chicago does a good tint job too. They tinted my old Maxima 6 years ago and the tint held up well, and looked great.

 

There is a good one in the Champaign area too, does the same thing as Jimmy, if anyone needs his number let me know. Its nice when you can find people who still do good work.

i want to get my windows tinted i live next to midway airport. so downers grove is not that far from me i might call him.
