Starved Rock

It is a about 2 hours from here. We could meet at 10 head over then grab lunch and hang out.

How does May 8-9, 15-16 or June 5-6 sound?

Well I talked to the woman about going to Starved Rock and she really wants to go. It is very beautiful out there and a nice ride.

After looking at the calendar again ... May 9 is Mother's Day so that's out, I have a wedding May 15 (but 5/16 will still work), and June 5/6 still look good (for now).

How long does tornado season actually last? I think we should be ok by the beginning of June. I probably wouldn't go if the weather was crappy anyways since Starved Rock is best seen in nice weather.
