anyone in the STL area familiar with a good shop or independent installer to upgrade Bose system. Looking for a shop I feel more comfortable with besides the $1 dollar install Audio Ex. or Best Buy. There must a shop out there that's familiar with the G35 set up ...

 

Where do you live in stl? There should be a Custom Audio around your area somewhere. I had my audio installed at Custom Audio on Lindbergh.

 

I've always liked Pro Audio off of 94 myself. really good people there. not out to screw anyone.

Thanks for response. Live in Chesterfield. Was at Custom Audio - Friday. Wasn't sure they had a real good feeling for G35c set up...Also talked to Sound Room. They're pushing the MB Quart front components-Amp for front - JL 300 (150x2); disconnect rear sides; sep. amp and 10inch MBQuart sub in trunk. Discnnect 6x9's Bose on rear shelf.
Very pricey with install and dynamat. Also found former installer from Custom Sound that's on his own doing mods and audio install.
what did you do with your sound system?

 

I'll give Pro Audio a visit also. Wasn't familiar with them. Did they do your car?
If you upgraded the Bose - what did you change out?
Should have my G next week ... just preparing for upgrading sound system based on Posts and test drives.

I have infiniti kappas components front and rear run by rf 500s, two 10inch audiobahn run by rf700s. I ordered these online and save at least 40% from getting it locally. I kept my head unit stock though.

How long have you had your G...and are you happy with it?

That was my response...about where I live in Chesterfield..but didn't realize my son had logged in under his user name - SquishMyTomato. I haven't quite figured out where he came up with that username.

 

I didn't change anything with my stearo from pro audio. but i've had things done there with previous cars. and was looking into getting some stuff done to the G a while back. They caid they've done some work to a 350z as well.
