On a different note... what's the stand on bring a lady friend with? Is it more of a guys event or can we bring a female passenger?!

Seriously though, I don't think anyone will care. The only thing that I should caution is that if she has a problem with going fast at times, it might not be the best idea to bring her with. Some of the stretches can get pretty intense
