Nice! How much do you think you invested in all the parts to make this custom turbo kit? Do you fab it all yourself?

So i have some unfortunate news gentlemen and ladies, im looking to part my car out to stock... I love the G but really need to clear up my debt! and having such a high payment isn't helping so im selling the car and or trading and parting to stock. So list of parts i have if any one is interested just PM me with what u are willing to pay and we can barter. I also need the stock part as well off your car to complete.

HKS Hi Power exhaust stainless steal with TI tips used for about a year now no more then 8k miles on it tho. and from what i know and can see no scratches and i hear no leaks.

Helix test pipes with O2 sensor bung extender to keep the codes from popping

Stance Pro + with helper spring coil overs - also used of course with no more then 6k miles on them as well.

350z tube with 350z air box with K & N filter in box. just recharged at the beginning of summer

I also have 2 sub boxes for sale from zenclosures. 1 fits a 12" and 1 fits 2x 10". they are in mint condition minus where i screwed in 2 L plates to secure the box down for the 1 12" the 10s one has never been used since i ordered it on accident lol.

Thats the list and every thing is installed on the car and i live in the South suburbs so if any one is interested in having a look see just hit me up on here and we can meet up. Im in Burnsville. Again i would need to exchange you for your stock parts and some money as well Im rather flexible on pricing so don't hesitate to ask. And if any one is interested in the car before stock or after with a good offer i might sell it to ya as well 2004 coupe DG 78k miles with 50% tint on it and of course the parts i listed, check my profile for a few pix

My dad got pulled over tonight in the Corvette for no front licence plate, and instead of a ticket, the cop gave him a sheet that MN came up with for excuses on such things as window tint lol

Heres what it says.

Minnesota Law requires 50%+visible light transmission
Reflective Material on the window of any kind may not be used.

Your vehicle is not one of the expceptions which include:

Pickup, van, bus, or SUVs exclude any windows behind the driver.
Vehicles registered as street rod and certain colector cars or
Vehicles that are limousines, ambulances, or hearses.

Every State has clear vision laws
The average of all states require is 45%+
New Mexico has the lowest at 20%+
14 states require 70%+ which is standard tint on most new vehicles.

It is important for reasons of safety that drivers have eye contat or an ackowledgement of seeing, and being seen, by another driver at certain times, such as at uncontrolled intersections> This is especially true for pedestrians and bicyclists. They need to know a driver has seen them and is looking at them before crossing in front of their vehicle. Heavily tinted windows wont allow this vision to occur. Night vision is further dangerously limited in diserning any shadow detail or movement.

The use of sunglasses is adequate to reduce side glare or brightness if this is a problem for some drivers. These can be removed if necessary under varying weather or nighttime conditions. However, some drivers/owners will insist on having a custom look for their vehicle at the expense of the safety of others.

Why thank you Minnesota. Because we all know that 35% tint is far to dark to be able to see through and it would be way to much to ask if you would update the law.

I am all about conforming to state laws, but when they give you a stupid sheet of paper explaining why they have a law and its just dumb reasons, then i just wanna LOL

God this state is goofy.

no it won't. It depends on the quality of the tint, and how new it is. Tint fades after time due to the sun exposure, and this 100% depends on the quality of the tint.

Ususally tint reads damn close, or within 1-2% of the actual rating. The tint on my G was 20%, and it was read through a maching at 19.7% which was even in the dark evening.

I think you're wrong about that one man, I talked to my buddy who owns a tint shop and he told me that it's totally fine with the 50% even if it registers a little lower as long as its pretty close you're fine. They local authorities have made it illegal for my friends to tint lower than 50% now and they'll get huge fines if they do.... stupid mn law.
