Following Kyle in his new vette, some guy in front of him braked hard, then Kyle braked, and i was looking in my mirror to go around them. Slammed on the front brake in a panic (big mistake) locked the wheel and went over onto the side. Ended up skidding down hwy 62 at 40mph...

 

Damn. Are you okay? Also, did Kyle get rid of the Vdub for a Vette?

 

Holy $hit Janik, you alright? Man I'll be honest, I'd love to own a sport bike but I swear 80% of the people that I know that own or have owned one have dumped it at one point or another and 2 have died-makes me hesitant to ever get one. The bike doesn't look too bad though at least.

Checked our forums, as well as the Z and there aren't any posted? Ones on here are from last years.

 

He's taking it in tomorrow to see what they give him. He said if its 6k or over, then its gone. He doesn't drive it anymore and his new car is beautiful.
Yep, they say your either a rider whose laid it down, or one whose going to. Happens to the best of them but it definitely raised my awareness.

That sucks Janik. Glad to hear you're okay... I too know that there is about an 80% chance i'd kill myself on one! i tend to not think about the possible bad outcomes when i drive/ride things!!! On the other hand, i really wanna experience the rush going a 100 on a 500lb piece of metal though

 

It gets pretty stable lol and it hits it so quickly that you feel like your only going 65...

 

Couldn't have said it better. Only reason I will never own a rocket...

 

I had an 06 GSX-R750 and there isn't much that compares to riding a rocket. It s fairly entertaining riding on the street but the race track is where it s at. You can't beat the rush of taking turn 1 at BIR with the throttle pinned doing 170mph
