It is pretty difficult actually, at least from a couple of my friends that do service work. But its up to you, its not exactly something I would want to do if its gonna be a daily driver, just cuz of the momentum things. I just heard it makes the drivability a bit more difficult.

You would want to go with the mREV lower collector, it does a better job of funneling the air from the upper intake to the lower intake and combustion chambers. It again adds extra power as well as quite a bit of torque, definitely a mod I would do at the same time, since your already halfway there when you do the upper plenum. The thermal aspect of it, is purely running coolant through the throttle body valve to make sure that with the colder air flow you dont lock the throttle body in an open or closed position.

I believe we will be back late Sunday or at least late morning Monday. Caitlin has a bunch of school work to do so I figure I should leave her alone for a few hours so she can be productive. We could maybe get together for some lunch first or something. We can figure it out, play it by ear, fly by the seat of our pants.

Hows everyone doing? Just a few more month until spring. We are on the downslope now. I am so excited.

Also my friend is thinking about selling his Jetta Wagon to his dad, and if he does he is going to pick up an 03 6spd G sedan lol we found one last night and if its still for sale on Tuesday, he is going to fly out next weekend and pick it up. (it is in Ohio).

Us and Neil (the X factor) are getting a house next year, so 3 Gs at the same house would be pretty funny hahaha we could host a G meet without even leaving.

 

And if the summer is nice to me, it'll be all 3 6-speeds lol.
