Dealer who has best service in the Chicago Area

I was wondering which Infiniti dealership had the best service in the Chicago area. I am running around in circles with the one I am at and I am having some problems that need to be resolved. Also, if anyone had problems with losing oil and have had their engine replaced PLEASE tell me! This is the problem that I am having and I want to go to someone who will understand what is going on. I don't trust the dealer that I go to now because I am having to go back again all of the time because they can't fix the problem right the first time. Why should I trust them with my engine. Thanks.

I have had a couple of bad experiences with Infiniti or Orland, the service manager just didnt appear to be friendly or helpful. I likes the experience and Infiniti of Lisle much better.

For the most part I have had good experiences with Lisle as well. There is one guy there that I really do not like but the rest of them have been really cool.

I'll be dropping mine off for service at Lisle for the first time pretty soon. I'll post a report when I get the car back.

I agree with Britishbloke. I go to Field's in Libertyville. Even with all my mods, they service my car and have great service.

Because of the service quality I get from them, I am considering purchasing an extended warranty!

I recently bought my car from Fletcher Jones Infiniti in downtown. So far I have only had to get my spoiler put on and I havnt had any problems. I guess i will know more after my first oil change. I have also heard good things about infiniti Lisle.

I've heard really good things about Infiniti of Lisle as well. Worked with Fletcher Jones for a couple of months when I was buying my coupe. But I went somewhere else cause they wouldn't budge off MSRP and told me they didn't have a college graduate finance program (which is in every brochure they offer). Also said they were only importing 1500 6MT's into the country and that's why there was no negotiating the price or options. Just didn't sit well with me so I moved on.

Fields Infiniti, are you kidding? That place is horrible. Everytime I've gone there with a problem. They have done a sorry job of fixxing it. And not to mention everytime I bring it in there is pine tar on my car that they dont wash it off. Well I don't even trust them to wash the car. It's like they are washing my car with a brillo pad. Have gotten plenty of bumper scratches from there as well. Highly recommend not going there. Also i sent in a bad evaluation as well, and for some reason they don't send me anymore evaluation forms...hmmm wonder why?
