I am tied up this weekend at work, but have been considering a black 6mt coupe for over a year now. So it's not too good to be true, don't go selling it yet .

 

Hey guys, just checking in from Colorado Springs...picked up a black 6MT coupe.

came from an STi, though, so this is more of a refined daily than anything. no major mods planned yet, but might upgrade the clutch as the first step.

 

Welcome aboard! Damnit man, you shoulda just bought mine! hehehe. We are going to get together next weekend (I THINK) for the MoFab grand opening day!

lol, thanks for the welcome. i probably should have looked around a bit more, but i got more than i needed to pay my sti off from the dealer, so i just went with it.

it has a nice kenwood amp tucked in the trunk under the left side cover. it also had an infiniti amp in there somewhere, too, for a sub. that must have been taken out by a previous owner i guess. there's also a switch in the car that hopefully wasn't for juice, but the car runs very well, so i'm not too concerned.

i'm not sure what i'll be doing with it, but the goal is to keep it fairly stock looking for now. i'm enjoying the exhaust note still, so i'll be good for a while, hehe.

 

So whens the next meet? Won't be making the MoFab opening...gotta work til 5 :/

idk how many folks from the springs read this thread, but i've got a drive going with some of the awd guys (mainly sti). we'll be meeting sunday at King's Chef Diner on Bijou (downtown colo spgs) at 0700.

proposed route is this, but could change depending on who/how many ppl want to go.
