Just wanted to resurrect an old thread and relay my story. John at the Greenwood D&R has been great to work with. I work about 2 miles from Keystone and after reading this thread I went right to Greenwood for my work instead.

I was very impressed, they even did a TSB that I didn't mention. Note: if you're from Infiniti, I'm just kidding...John and I talk about this TSB months ago... . They did the grease streak TSB which from the looks of the document is a pain to do.

This is my first experience with Infiniti service and I'm very pleased. I even got a nice loaner: an FX35.

 

Well, my experience with Sally St. John and Mark at D&R on Keystone has been absolutely outstanding. The best auto service I have ever had. Sally went so far out of her way to help me in-fact that I sent her flowers.

I've never done that before.

Also, I had to send some to my wife at the same time. Don't want any florist bills showing up on the credit card and my wilfe having no flowers!

I get my car serviced at D&R in keysone and Jerry Brown has been nothing but great when it comes to service, my bose cd changer crapped out on me and they replaced it without any questions, but i also have inside connections.

i beleive the direct quote was

"Harry Potter says to beleive whatever you say"

harry potter is just his nickname btw
