Did you drive an 04', if so, did you notice anything different... Power, etc?

Yes I drove a new 04 G35X in the spring, It was a demo and I drove it harder then I have driven my 05. That's when I was so impressed with the awesome handling with the X on the twisties. But it did not seem like there was any more power as compared to my 02 Maxima SE.
My 05 G35X seems to have a throatier sound to the exhaust and IMO it does seem to have more power then the 04 I tested. But to be honest the 04 was brand new and my 05 is broken in now. I like the interior changes also, but that is personnal taste.
Oh and by the way, I stopped by my dealers today(2 hours away) and asked if they have a problem with Z-Tubes on the G and intake changes and the GM there said no problem (I have heard of some people being hassled). So as soon as this snow is gone my new Z-tube goes from the trunk to the engine bay.

You may want to check out the 2 other 'MN' posts in this section on the first page. Yes there are quite a few, but most are dead from winter.

I have.... However, those posts haven't had any activity in awhile, and I have posted on them as well. I was just curious to the activity currently, like bears, we all must be asleep for the winter...

I'm around...I took a long break from this place, not because it's winter just been busy with other things.

Anyone go check out the M? I had an invite to go see it on Monday but I had other plans for the night.

Hey... what's wrong with German engineering??

Pics of my '03 VW GTI 20th Anniversary Edition (#2,417 of 4,000) - sold it last week. Still kickin' around the idea and contemplating the G as my next ride. heh heh...

Add another MN guy to the list. Just picked up my new 05 G35 sedan 6MT a week and a half ago. I already have Tinstalled EIN Flex coilovers and my set of 18" gunmetal Volk Racing LE37T's are waiting in the garage until there are fewer rocks and gravel on the road.

Where are all the MN G drivers?? I've only seen ONE G coupe since I bought my car. And it was the same rare dark blue color. I've been working on my car alot, and this site has really helped me to get the right mods. I think the crew in MN should try to market this site so other G owners might be able to gain alot of knowledge about their car. HELP ME OUT MN G OWNERS!!!
