Anyone have any experiences with Infiniti of Lisle in Ilinois? Considering purchasing from them.

 

That's where I got my sedan from back at the end of August. Good to work with and I had no problems. I think I may already have a post on them, or at least replied to another question about them. I can't remember the dealer I worked with, sorry - too busy wanting my G!

You may also consider the Madison WI dealer. We have family there so that's where I get it serviced. I would have bought it there but they did not have what I wanted on the lot. They are a very good dealership to work with too.

 

I got my G from Infinit of Lisle. I had a good experiene. On the service side it takes about 10 days to get an appointment and they do not do a great job of washing the car. It is really close to my job so I still go there for service.

 

I didn't get mine from them, however I did deal with the Internet Salesman a few times. He had quite the attitude - like I was lucky to even get on a list to get one of his precious Coupes coming in.
Sooo I went to Motorwerks who found me my Brilliant Silver coupe in one week. Plus, it's cool going to get service done along side Porches and BMWs.

 

If you do go here, dont use Stephen (I dont remember his last name, he is a middle-aged black guy). He took one look at me (I'm 25) and blatently ignored me cuz he didn't think I was serious. I bought my coupe somewhere else, and when I brought it to Lisle for service (ask for Mike, he's been very good with me) I promply told them that I went somewhere else because of that sales guy. Thats my 2 cts. Good luck. And whatever you do, dont pay over sticker, and if they tell you to get on a waiting list--send me a message, I'll tell you a little trick to getting the one you want without waiting.

Their internet guy ABE at Lisle is a tool. He wanted $2000 non-refundable so I ordered mine from Motorwerks. Have a great salesman there if your interested. They are also installing my front and rear spoiler (ordered aftermarket) free of charge.

 

The internet guy at Lisle is worthless. I recommend setting a price, and just going there. Randall Chin helped me and he was great. Motorwerks kept trying to upsell me, and didn't offer me a good price.

 

I recently dealt with Randy Chin at Infiniti of Lisle and he was great. Just tell him Ryan referred you and he will take care of you in person or via phone.

 

We bought our 2001 Infiniti I30t and the 2003 G35 sedan from there. Great guys, great service. Ask for Bill Haines, he's a good guy and a personal friend.
