Had to write and express my pleasureable experience with the service team at Vincel Buick/Infiniti here in Springfield. Jamie Stewart is the service director there, and he has made the last couple of warranty appointments more than easy. There is always a loaner available (spent some quality time in a 2005 G35x last time), and it is never a hassle at all.

Being in the business, at a competing dealer in the area, I know that service can be a major hassle...with long waits and "suprise" bills. I have actually taken some ideas from Vincel and shared them with my dealer's service manager.

If their sales department is as professional and accomodating as the service area was...I would have no problem referring Infiniti buyers to Vincel.
