hey guys, new to the board, new to my g35x too. from jersey, in college, dunno what else to say.

i got a g35x, black exterior, black interior, stock right now. premium package, no navigation.

future plans for the car: sand off the word "infiniti" and the "g35x", keeping the sign. tintout all windows, smoke out rear lights, black rims (dont know which yet). i have old sony xplods amp/subs 2 12"s on a differ car that im going to put into the car. performance wise, i dont think im going to do much because it IS all wheel drive and i happened to buy it in automatic =P so basically my g35x will become this big black hole moving around with loud music coming out of it.

any tips on the tints, sanding off emblems, subs, etc etc. please feel free to let me know =)

Use 80 grit

 

NO need for any sanding on the paint. Just let the car sit in the sun get a hair dryer the letters will pop off but ull have to use your thumb to take off the excess glue.....use some alcohol once its almost done and all that glue will come right off

hey was wonderin what a good price is if i were to do this:

-add overlays to the rear lights
-uninstall subs from an old car and install to my new car
-tints
-debadging

i mean i got some prices.. but i foudn them to be ridiculously dumb expensive..
was curious what a good price would be =)

 

hey u can get overlays from bluebat, subs if u need help uninstalling i can help i live like 10min from rutgers, debadging use dental floss and goo gone and wax. tints will always be expensive hahaha
